Grandma's Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

So another family tradition is this yummiest peanut butter fudge!  If you aren't allergic to nuts, this is one of my most requested recipes when I deliver all my baked goodies.  Melt in your mouth and so darn good!  And like everything I make....super simple!

 

Peanut Butter Fudge

 

2c sugar

1/2 c whole milk

1 7oz marshmallow cream

1 1/3c peanut butter

1/2teas vanilla.

 

Bring sugar, vanilla & milk to a boil, cook for 3 minutes.

turn off heat and stir in marshmallow cream till melted

stir in peanut butter and mix well

Pour into buttered 8 inch pan (I line mine with greased foil so I can pull it out easy).

Chill until set and cut into squares.

And that's it!  Do yourself a favor and double the batch.  Enjoy!
